Delivery and Shipping
1. After receiving your order, we will confirm and email to you. We will start processing your order as soon as possible, you can leave us a message and we will reply to your message within 12 hours
2. Once your item ships, the tracking number will be emailed to you.

*Due to the current global pandemic, orders shipped to Russia are experiencing delays. If you would like to ship to Russia, please contact us before placing your order as we may not be able to guarantee delivery within the suggested time frame.

*All of our orders are shipped via YunExpress, DHL, FedEx, USPS, TNT, OCS, UPS and other carriers depending on your location.


1) Delivery time does not include required processing time (usually 2 working days)

2) If you request custom or monogrammed items, please allow four or more business days within the processing time.

3) We cannot deliver to PO Boxes and Military Addresses (APO, FPO).

4) Please confirm the delivery address before placing an order, additional charges may be incurred for future changes.

If your order contains pre-order items, your order will be shipped when the pre-order items are available. Sorry, we do not currently support split shipping.
